Other Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica and film coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Directions:
Take 4 tablets up to 3 times daily between meals as a dietary supplement. Drink 1/2 gallon of water per day. Do not use for more than 10 continuous days per every 3 months.

Warnings:
This product contains senna, aloe and buckthorn. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain.
