Amino Phase by iSatori contains a Duo-Phase technology which is a proprietary manufacturing process based upon a bi-layer tablet.

1st Phase - one layer of the tablet dissolves and half of the essential amino acids are immediately available for absorption and utilization by the body. Thee contents may be present for three to four hours.

2nd Phase - releases the second half of the essential amino acids from the remaining layer of the tablet. During this second phase, the tablet's contents may be available for a longer period of time - up to another eight hours.

Directions
For a continuous around-the-clock stream of Amino-Phase, take three tabliets 30 minutes prior to morning meal and three more at bedtime. To prevent nighttime catabolism (muscle breakdown) consider taking six tablets prior to bedtime.
