Each pack contains 20mg of synephrine and 200mg of caffeine.

Suggested Use: Take two Animal Cuts Free packs everyday for three consecutive weeks. Follow a cycle consisting of three weeks on and one weed off. After your one week off cycle, you can repeat another three week on cycle until you reach your goals. Take on an empty stomach. For optimal results, you can stack Animal Cuts Free with Animal Stak to achieve maximum lean mass and definition.
