Directions
Recommended Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 10-12 oz. (per scoop) of cold water 30-60 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Continuous water consumption throughout the day is recommended. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should start by using half the recommended dose (1 scoop in 10-12 oz. water) to assess their individual tolerance to this product. Do not exceed more than 3 scoops during any 24-hr period. Recommended Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 10-12 oz cold water.
