Black Cohosh Extract by Herb Pharm is prepared from the rhizome & rootlets of Cimicifuga racemosa plants which are Certified Organically Grown especially for us in their native forest habitat located in eastern Kentucky.

To assure optimal extraction of Black Cohosh's isoflavones & other bioactive compounds, the rhizome & rootlets are dug by hand only in late autumn or early spring, are carefully shade-dried, and are then thoroughly extracted.

May be beneficial for women with hypogonadism, estrogen deficiency and related symptoms such as menopause, pituitary imbalances, postpartum breast engorgement, and initiate menstruation.

Our Black Cohosh is never fumigated or irradiated.
