Suggested Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training. Suggested Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water or juice.
