Cinnamon Extract by Herb Pharm is formulated from the bark of Cinnamomum (verum) zeylanicum trees which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

To make sure the maximum extraction of Cinnamon's aromatic oils & resins is obtained, the bark is harvested by hand and carefully shade-dried to preserve optimal aroma & flavor, is immediately shipped to the laboratory, and is then extracted thoroughly.
