Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules three times per day as needed or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food. Do not exceed 12 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Children's Dosage: For ages 6 to 12, take 1 capsule three times per day as needed or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period.
