Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, take one (1) tablespoon (1/2 fl. oz.) daily, alone or mixed with six (6) ounces of water, fruit juice, or herbal tea. Wait 20 minutes before eating. For weight control, it is ideal to refrain from eating about 3 hours before sleep and then take the recommended dosage on an empty stomach right before bedtime.
