Coptis Extract by Herb Pharm is formulated from the rhizome of Coptis chinensis plants which are cultivated, harvested & processed according to traditional Chinese methods that have been used for thousands of years.

To assure maximum quality Coptis rhizomes is obtained, we purchase rhizomes that are harvested in the autumn only directly from China, they have had their superfluous rootlets removed, and are then carefully dried.
