Directions:
Adults 12 years and older: Mix 1 teaspoon or 1 scoop in 8 oz of water 2-3 times daily.

Note: Mix this product with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of liquid. Drinking without enough liquid may cause choking. Don't take if you have difficulty swallowing.

Warnings:
