Directions:
For a rich, creamy delicious shake, add 4 slightly heaped scoops to 11-12 oz or 2 slightly heaped scoops to 5-6 oz of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender with ice or shaker cup for 60 seconds.
