Directions for Use: Take six (6) capsules per day.

On Training Days: Take three (3) capsules with 8–12 fl. oz. of cold water 30–40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Take an additional three (3) capsules with 8–12 fl. oz. of cold water immediately after training.

On Non-Training Days: Take six (6) capsules with 8–12 fl. oz. of cold water between breakfast and lunch.
