Pharma Maca Extract by Herb Pharm is prepared from the dried roots of Lepidium meyenii plants which are naturally cultivated in chemical-free gardens at an altitude of 12,000 to 15,000 feet in the central highlands of Peru.

To assure maximum quality and efficiency, the roots are harvested by hand at their peak of potency, are slow dried, and are then lightly toasted to maximize their digestion and assimilation. These roots are then shipped immediately to our laboratory and thoroughly extracted.

Our Maca is never fumigated or irradiated.
