Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional 1-2 capsules six to eight hours later on an empty stomach. Due to the extreme potency of this product do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period or 3 capsules in a five hour period. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
