Directions
Take 1 - 2 capsules in the morning, and 1 - 2 capsules 6 - 8 hours later. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking 6 hours prior to bedtime. It may be necessary to begin with lower dosage, and slowly increase to max dosage. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid excessive heat.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Contains caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, ulcers, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Individuals who exceed the recommended serving or consume additional caffeine with this product may experience adverse side effects. Avoid alcohol and foods containing tyramine (such as cheese, red wine and liver) while taking this product. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
