Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix one to two (1-2) servings in 8-10 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes pre-workout. First time users should start with one (1) serving to assess tolerance and work your way up to two (2) servings before workouts. Do NOT exceed recommended serving size.
